Privacy policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
FSTNR is operated by Welcome Renovation. This page is an early-access list for remodeling and home-improvement contractors. This policy covers what the page collects, why, who processes it for us, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: info@fstnr.app.
What we collect
If you fill in the form: your name, company, email and phone number, and the optional answers about your business (how many jobs you run, what you use today, your biggest headache, whether a branded app would help). We also record how you reached the page (the ad or link tags in the address, and the referring site), the date and time, your browser and device type, and the IP address that made the request. With the form we keep a record of the consent you gave to be called or texted: the wording you agreed to, the time and your IP address.
If you allow analytics, we also measure how the page is used: pages viewed, which sections you reached, scroll depth, clicks, and the steps of the form. Session recordings replay these interactions so we can see where the page confuses people; they hide everything you type into form fields.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early access: we call, text or email everyone who signs up. To learn whether this page works and which channels bring contractors who sign up. To keep the form free of spam. We don't sell your data and we don't add you to a newsletter.
If you are in the EU or UK: we contact you because you asked us to (steps at your request), and we run analytics only with your consent.
Calls and texts
Submitting the form lets FSTNR (operated by Welcome Renovation) and its representatives call or text the number you gave about early access, including by automated means. Consent isn't a condition of joining. To stop, reply STOP to any text, tell us on a call, or email info@fstnr.app, and we'll put your number on our do-not-call list.
Who processes it for us
Attio stores sign-ups (our CRM). Zoho hosts our mailboxes and Cloudflare sends the confirmation email. Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived request logs; if our CRM is ever unavailable, a sign-up is kept in those logs until it can be moved. Amplitude and Google Analytics measure how the page is used, and Amplitude records the session replays.
When we run ads on Meta, LinkedIn or Google, their tags measure which ads lead to sign-ups, and for visitors who allowed analytics we may send those platforms a hashed (scrambled) copy of the email and phone from a sign-up for the same purpose. Under California law that can count as "sharing"; you can opt out as described below. We will list each ad platform here before its tag goes live. Each of these companies processes data on our behalf under its own terms and may store it outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies and your choice
Every visitor can decline. The cookie banner has "No thanks", and the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page brings it back at any time. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland see the banner first, and nothing loads until they accept. Elsewhere analytics loads by default and stops on your next page load after you decline.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "No thanks" automatically: no analytics, no ad tags, and nothing sent to ad platforms from your sign-up.
The site sets cookies to remember your choice and your region. When analytics is allowed, Amplitude and Google Analytics set their own cookies (names starting with AMP_ and _ga).
How long we keep it
Sign-up details and the consent record stay in our CRM until you ask us to delete them or the early-access programme ends, whichever comes first. Analytics data and session replays are kept for the retention period of the tool, at most 12 months.
Your rights
Email info@fstnr.app to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of its sale or sharing. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address you signed up with, and we answer within 30 days (45 where state law allows). You can ask someone to make the request for you. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. If we turn a request down, reply and ask us to reconsider; if you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This page is for remodeling and home-improvement businesses. It isn't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we update this page and the date at the top.
